I was very pleased with Joe’s overall management of my major kitchen remodel in our guest suite in Kapaa. The kitchen was in major need of a remodel, and his team came in while our tenant was living there and quickly dismantled the old kitchen, prepped it professionally, and installed the new kitchen cabinets and appliances in a very efficient manner. I was especially pleased with how rapidly he and his team responded to a couple issues that came up. For example, the dishwasher was dinged during install and rather than have me wait for a re-order, Joe paid for a new dishwasher, installed it, and then took responsibility for the damaged dishwasher.
