I was very pleased with Joe’s overall management of my major kitchen remodel in our guest suite in Kapaa. The kitchen was in major need of a remodel, and his team came in while our tenant was living there and quickly dismantled the old kitchen, prepped it professionally, and installed the new kitchen cabinets and appliances in a very efficient manner. I was especially pleased with how rapidly he and his team responded to a couple issues that came up. For example, the dishwasher was dinged during install and rather than have me wait for a re-order, Joe paid for a new dishwasher, installed it, and then took responsibility for the damaged dishwasher. Our project required a lot of coordination, since I live off island in a different time zone, but Joe handled it all masterfully, and I look forward to working with him again in the future! Joseph "Joe" Robinson and his team did a phenomenal job on our kitchen remodel at our home in Princeville. From the start when he came to the house, one can tell quickly how knowledgeable he was. He was also friendly and approachable, making suggestions and providing insights on our project. When the time came for the demolition and installation, he and his team were right on time, full-prepared and efficient in their work. They spent time prepping the area for the demo and one can tell that he and his team worked well together with an ease of communication and follow-through. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail. As part of the time, we were coordinating this project from California, Joe was great about sending videos on the status of the project. At the end when we came out for the installation of the quartz countertop (by another contractor), Joe and his team were on hand to do the final "punch list." One could tell how well respected he was with the other trades. He was able to get the electrician to come out quickly such that were able to get everything completed while we were on island. A gem of a team! The carpenters David and Russell were responsive and so nice to work with. Dereck, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and helpful.
