Kauai Entry

What a transformation. This home had a heavy Mediterranean design. Owners wanted a more modern design with an asian flare. Work performed- Framed upper entry to be larger, Extensive cherry trim work, Install custom glass railings,
filled in upper niches and cut down and re work stairs, Large format tiles at entry, cherry hardwood in other areas. See more pics in our Whole home remodel section. Mahalo!

We furnished the materials and installation of all tile, stone, and Granite. 
Quartz flooring was custom cut on site for tight grout joints. This is a truly an excellent example of our dedication to craftsmanship of custom floors, counters, wall spaces. and exterior patio design.

Kauai- Hule'ia River House

Signature Homes Kauai's 2015 Home of the Year. 
Once again we have provided our owners with The Best House on the Block.  This exceptional river front view property has been completely transformed in painstaking detail, from foundation, to landscaping, to bonus features and finishes throughout the home. A waterfront-facing lanai now runs the entire length of the home on both floors, and a pool added for afternoon cooling. Note the details in the interiors; particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. This home now encompasses every element that creates a living testament to quality, comfort, and style.

Severally damaged by weather, lack of maintenance, and neglect, this property was reclaimed from the jungle, and revived with flair.
