Homestead New Front Lanai

Owner had a walkway and a non functioning planter area at her front entry area.

Scope of work- Pour concrete so planter and walkway are same level.

Tile entire area with a 6x 24" porcelain tile. This is a non slip tile.

This project truly enhanced the front curb appeal of the house while adding a comfortable outside space for entertainment and enjoyment.
