Our Drawing Board has been very active. We have several new projects we are spearheading this year:
Our Flagship project is dedicated to the Smart owner who wishes for more than to simply coexist on Kaua'i. This project invites full or moderate participation. The inspiration of this project blends a 2nd residence/  vacation home,  with the select opportunity to have a positive impact on the Garden Island.

This project is a Win-Win for whomever partakes in it. It is important to remember when viewing this project that the owner is not a farmer; he or she is a participant (at whatever level he/she chooses to interface).

In this world we can only change the things we can touch. This innovative project has the potential to change the way we view commercial Agriculture on our island, and assist in attaining self-sufficiency and food soverignty.

Kauai- Hule'ia River House

Signature Homes Kauai's 2015 Home of the Year. 
Once again we have provided our owners with The Best House on the Block.  This exceptional river front view property has been completely transformed in painstaking detail, from foundation, to landscaping, to bonus features and finishes throughout the home. A waterfront-facing lanai now runs the entire length of the home on both floors, and a pool added for afternoon cooling. Note the details in the interiors; particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Severally damaged by weather, lack of maintenance, and neglect, this property was reclaimed from the jungle, and revived with flair. Homestead New front Lanai

Owner had a walkway and a non functioning  planter area at her front entry area. 
Scope of work- Pour concrete so planter and walkway are same level.
Tile entire area with a 6x 24" porcelain tile. This is a non slip tile. 
This project truly enhanced the front curb appeal of the house while adding a comfortable outside space for entertainment and enjoyment.

Kaua'i - North Shore Custom

Signature Homes/ Signature Kitchen & Baths. 
We furnished the materials and installation of all tile, stone, and Granite. 
Quartz flooring was custom cut on site for tight grout joints. This is a truly an excellent example of our dedication to craftsmanship of custom floors, counters, wall spaces. and exterior patio design.

For 4 years we at Signature Homes Kaua'i focused on ultra high-end dimensional stone projects, utilizing block material, and limestone. The amount of knowledge accumulated during this 4-year intensive was incredible. All this knowledge and expertise goes to work for your considerable benefit.

Moloa'a Big Remodel

This project consisted of remodeling the kitchen, 2 bathrooms refinishing the Ipe floor and rebuilding the upper portion of the bridge.
    The bathrooms are all slab marble baths, they are absolutely gorges..... work of art they are!  he materials used were Rain Forest Green and rain Forest Brown.
The Kitchen originally had a concrete counter top. This was demoed and replaced with a rare Australian granite called Verde Fuego. This material looks like a Monet
